I will be installing a towel warmer and am looking to supply power to it an outlet in an adjacent bedroom. The towel warmer is 120W, so very low power and will be controlled by an electronic timer in a switch box.

Questions:
1. Any issue with tapping power from the non-switched outlet in the adjacent room?

2. As it will be within 3' of the shower, I will be replacing the panel breaker with a GFCI breaker. Is an Arc-Fault breaker now standard or still use GFCI?

thanks.
