I am wondering how to reset or fix the PURPLE error on my VAV. The error indicates that there is —non-operational or no communications
In equipment—a hardware or software error.

Switch off the breaker, wait two minutes, switch it back on. If its a software crash, that should reset it.

Do you mean the Breaker of the chiller or the computer?

Cycle power for the controller(s) on the non operational VAV boxes. This may reset the controller and restore communication.
Whose BAS controls are these using? The graphic doesn't look familiar
