Hardware mechanisms to make it quick & easy to mount/ hang & remove DIY stall bar

I mostly do networking related wiring and so on, so this is a new area for me.

The key thing I'd like to focus on is "Easily & Quickly Removable". So, hardware that will allow easy & quick, mount/ dismount of the Unit from the wall. Of course, lighter unit will help.

Question:
  • Hardware/ Mechanisms to mount up/ hang on wall, so that it's easily attached/ hung & detached/ removed?

    [*]On brick/ concrete wall OR Wood beams/ Wall Studs behind Dry sheet Apt wall depending on apartment/ location.
    [*]Can/ will handle the load
    [*]To make space in a small apt room {only used in morning workouts}
    [*]To easily move, when moving apartments etc.
  • Hardware/ Mechanisms to mount up/ hang on wall, an Aluminum ladder as an inexpensive substitute/ alternative to DIY wall/ stall bar
  • What be lightest wood possible that could be strong, stable?

    [*]Typically the parallel bars are made of Beech or Maple.
    [*]Maybe Parallel bars v/s Frame made of different wood for Weight vs Strength trade off?

Typical Load - Wall Stall Bar + Human Being

Typical installation for this is fixed/ bolted/ Screwed. Is there some way I can use that in the back but create some kind of detach ability?
