I have finished laying down the last of my hardwood flooring. 3/4 by 3 1/4 white red oak mixture. After sanding I was interested in a clear coat water based.

What are my options for brands ? What do I use as an applicator? 3 or 4 coats? What grit do I use between the 1st and 2nd coats?
