Kilz oil is pretty thin. I think it would shoot it. Those will push standard latex, although not with a big tip. a 413 or so will work.

IDK if that would handle waterborne kilz, or 123, as they are pretty thick.

Should handle it. Painted son's whole exterior with that exact unit, brand new. Used a good grade exterior flat. Did have to thin a bit but worked fine.

Tip size wil be biggest factor, my guess is a .15 would be the one. Can't recall what we used but I guess a .17.
