Plumber just installed Hansgrohe PuraVida bathroom spread faucet and faucet handles have slight play. Someone posted a 2017 video with similar problem (but mine does not wiggle quite as much). Hansgrohe phone rep said that tolerance level is same for all 2020 models.
This does not appear to be an installation problem because second faucet still in the box has the same issue.
Hansgrohe has no traditional screw on top to tighten handle further and all installation is pre-set at factory and correct.
Anyone else know about this?
