why not just get a hook for the bike and screw it in to a joist near?
But to answer your question you could assuming that angle iron is solidly bolted to framing above.

Agree with the others. Go get two of the rubber coated hooks and hang it from a different joist. Drill a pilot hole and screw them in. They're all marked out for you with the drywall just being taped. Take all of five minutes. Leave the garage door opener alone, it's got enough to worry about without having a bicycle clinging to it.

While it's so easy to see the joists and studs in your garage, it makes sense to put in all the hooks and shelves and yard-tool handle clips that you'll ever need. I wish I'd done that, it would have saved all that work with a stud-detector years later.

Probe for the floor/ceiling joist for center, don't rely on the screw/nail patch of compound. Fill the holes with Spackle to maintain fire integrity of ceiling drywall (5/8"). If you are on the edge of joist, your install may not even hold up that bike.
