hello, I need some advice on this - I have water running down my roof during rains . I think I need a section of the gutter replaced - am I right?

Just wanted to check if this is what I think it is - a section of the gutter seems to have fallen off . See picture

It is hard to see the dark picture. Check to see if the outlet or goose neck is plugged.

Yes, the down spout could be full of leaves.

I finally made my teen get up on a ladder ( I can't do heights ) and look and sure enough , full of leaves/debris.

Nothing missing here. The gable part of the roof won't have any gutter, only along the fascia.
