We are in a new home, 4 months old. On all 3 toilets we have some grout that appears wet. The builder came and took a look and "could not find any leaks and maybe the kids are missing the toilet." Everything is dry and water is being wicked up from under the toilets by toilet paper. The picture above is the worst. The builder seems to not want to deal with it, and I don't trust him. The plumber came out to check it once. Ever since then I cannot contact the plumber personally. All I get is the builder who tries to smooth things over.

You have a bad wax ring-----Get on the phone and get the builders plumber out tomorrow---E-mail that photo tonight---

Get that fixed fast before the tile work is damaged----ask if you can come get a check from him to pay your own plumber---

If you need to get your own plumber out--take pictures ---

You have a stinker for a builder----Mike----

I did get the plumber on the phone, I dialed from a different number and he says he will call in the morning. From what I understand we have 1 year to have things fixed that go wrong with our home.
