I thought I read somewhere on this forum that ground wires should not be spliced, but must be a continuous, unbroken run from the panel to the ground. I thought the grounding conductor had to be continuous.Are you trying to run through this clamp and onward to another clamp on the other ground rod? That's an elegant way to do it, but it's not required.
