There are 4 conduits runs coming from the main panel to a junction box 3 are 3/4 plastic the other is 1 1/4 emt. The rest of the wires coming in from kitchen/ rest of the house to the junction box are romex. 8 circuits of 12/2, 2 circuits 14/2, 1 circuit of 10/3 and 1 circuit of 6/3.

In order to make it look clean and code compliant can you attach all the grounds to a grounding bar then run one ground back to ground bar in the panel ?
The largest ground wire to the grounding bar will be 6 gauge from a stove .What size ground wire will be required from the bar to the panel ?

Maybe none. Maybe #10 copper.

The ground must be sized to the largest circuit. If the #6 is on, no more than, a 60A breaker then #10 copper ground is correct. Table 250.122.

A code compliant run of EMT, with clean and tight connections and fittings listed for the purpose, is "permitted as an equipment grounding conductor." 358.60.

The #6 stove cable may have a larger egc than #10. that's ok. The cable is generic to fit the most possible applications without retooling.
