With this Siemens W0816ml1125cu main lug panel where would the ground bar go? Also, what ground bar should I use?

On the threaded raised nubs on the back of the panel. Buy a Siemens ground bar kit where you bought the panel. They are pretty generic, most any brand will fit.

On the label inside the panel, it will give you the part number for the ground bar. There are holes prepunched for the ground bar. I usually run an 8/32 tap through them before attaching the ground bar.
