Hi, all. Name's Tom, and living in Western Mass. I'm a (mostly) happy owner of a 1939 brick-veneered 5 room 1-1/2 story Cape that sometimes seems to have been built with a lot of cut corners and stupidity. Even at my age, I have a lot to learn. Please be gentle. :biggrin2:
