This is a casserole I made yesterday.
Hominy, onion, bacon, cheese, green chili. The green chili is poblano not bell or those nasty canned green chilies. I got the recipe from this book "Texas Cowboy Cooking" by Tom Perini. Wife said it was a do again. :biggrin2:
