The building has Georgia Pacific 4 x 8 sheet floors of that chipped wood. is that luan wood? Not particle board.

Looking for something low cost to resist moisture and will seal it well.
Deck paint? Heavy urethane? Thanks. :smile:

Luan is smooth, not made up of chips. A good Porch and Floor enamel should be just fine.
