going rate for yd of mulch

what is the going rate for a yard of mulch in your area. They are getting 36-40/yd at the place i went to today. The place is rather expensive for the stuff they sell. Can i get it cheaper?

$25 per yard for bulk colored mulch here in Omaha. That's down from $35 per yard last year. In this case, it's all about competition.
