Ikea sink came with some cheap plastic pipes that I have to connect to my existing ABS pipe. I have seen glues for transition from ABS to PVC but I have never seen one for plastic.

Is there specific glue for this or can I just use one for ABS pipes??

Usually the sink is connected to the drain via a slip nut trap and fittings, hence no cement required. Post a picture of the sink and drain for additional info. Also what material is the cheap plastic pipe?

The entire plastic drain pipe itself doesn't require any cement. However, the original ABS pipe is 1 3/4" (I'm not 100% sure about the pipe size) and cheap plastic pipe that came from IKEA is 1". Therefore, I need a reducer to connect those too and the cement is required (I think) to make this work.

The below is only picture I got at this moment. Do not think that it is PVC pipe just because it is white. It's much thinner than PVC or ABS pipe (You can easily pinch it with your fingers) . I think it's just pure plastic.

Do you see a black pipe at the end of the drain? That is the existing ABS that I trimmed down. I really don't think that they are PVC and they are only 1".

There should be a trap adapter on the ABS pipe going into the wall that allows the connection to the slip joint PVC trap

Not sure what that piece that looks like a tree coming up from the P-trap. Do you have a picture of the sink drain that you are trying to install. And is the plan to remove one of the sinks in the picture?

For that trap adapter, you don't have to use a cement?
It's a double sink unit which is the reason for a tree coming up from the p-trap.

I'm in Canada but I believe this is how they do it in Europe since it's from IKEA.

What does the typical setup look like then?

Canada, eh. That tree is nothing I have seen. I see the 2 drains coming from the sinks. but what are the 2 stubs above that? The trap adapter is already cemented to the ABS drain, you should not have to mess with it.

Still not sure what you are doing. Are you removing 1 or both of the existing sinks to install the new one?

I'm assuming you're switching to a double vanity? His 'n her sinks?

It appears your cabinet and/or drawer slide is in the way.

Hard to tell from your picture.

A lav drain however, shouldn't be any smaller than 1 1/4". 1 1/2" is better. The drain in the wall also shouldn't be any smaller than that.

That appears to be a modified center outlet waste. The 2 wyes at the top that looks like disposal connections are prolly the lav overflow connections. Seen similar arrangements in motels that have cultured marble lavs
Standard lav drains are 1 1/4". get a 1.5" ABS trap adpt. with a reducing slip nut for a new 11/4 trap
