My unfinished basement has a rough in PVC drain pipe for a toilet that's concreted in. The thing is that I'm planning on finishing my basement and have no need for a bathroom down there. I really have no idea what the builders were thinking when they put it in since my area to finish is so small (garage takes up most of the basement area) there is too little room to bother putting a bathroom down there.
Anyways, I want to get rid of that pipe so I can have a flat floor for my basement. Any easy way for a newbie DIYer?
Thanks!
