[fix]

I have spent hundreds of dollars on new MWF filters for my GE refrigerators.
I heard that they can be cleaned. Does anyone know the procedure?

My opinion is that you would be better off bypassing the filter with the plug that came with the refrigerator then trying to clean the filter
