I have a GE side by side and the ice and water dispenser have stopped working. The light comes on, but nothing comes out. Doesn't even sound like it's trying. Any suggestions would be helpful.

There is not a button for that on this one.

could be a clogged water filter, could be a water flow problem, i.e. low pressure, kinked line, valved behind the fridge turned off.
