First of all it is a boiler you are referring to not a furnace...the pressure gauge should show some pressure....Are you getting heat?..if so, could be a coincidental gauge failure OR just maybe stuck..try tapping gauge to see if needle moves...if not, let us know answers to above Q's before we proceed any further. also, sometimes gauge needle can bounce back over zero pin preventing it from moving..then remove glass cover and release needle from behind pin (if it is not an oil filled gauge which I doubt that it is) let us know after you check. Stopped working after they replaced the circ? Could be it works, but they didn't put enough water back in.

It measures pressure and temp.
