That and the size exhaust pipe needed for furnace in garage. The gas pipe is 50 ft to the service. any other information needed let me know.

Gonna need at least a 3/4" line. Is that 50 foot from the gas meter? Are there other gas appliances that will be using this line. Or is this tapping off an already existing gas line. Flue pipe size will probably what ever ize the furnace is. You can probably download the install manual from Reznor if you don't have it.

National Fuel and Gas code table B.3.2 gives equivalent lengths of pipe for a fitting

Table 6.2(a) gives the capacity in cubic feet for certain iamter pipes at certain lengths

Then you may need to resize the entire gas line since the line running to the furnace probably wasn't sized to handle an extra 75 CFH.
