I just replaced a control board on my Nordyne (PGC2TA100C35C1) Maytag gas furnace due to long story of flame not staying on. This fixed my flame out problem.
My question is there are 3 lights (Red, Green, and Yellow(flame). I can not remember if when the unit is off (meaning all power is on normal operating but we do not need to heat based on thermostat settings) if the Red and Green solid lights should be on all the time? I was half thinking these would not come on until the unit kicked on (on the first stage just before the flame kicks in), but just wanted to make sure it is normal that these lights are on all the time.
