Garage Wall texturing

1388 Views 2 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  joecaption
Just completed drywall, tape and mudding 18 x 30 shop in a 30 x 40 shop/garage combo. Weather here is snowy and cold and the mudding and taping and coat of primer has been a long process due to the amount of moisture and getting the rooms to dry out. Now we are at the step as to whether to texture the walls to hide inperfections or leave smooth and hope for the best that there aren't a bunch of eye catching inperfections. Want the mancave to be a good show.

I'd strongly suggest not texturing it.
Imposable to clean, hard to paint, near impossible to do a repair and not have it show.
