The stuff looks good, but see if anyone around you has actually used it and try to go see at least one building with it done. Epoxy surfaces look pretty in pictures, but can be slick as Hell even with some grit in them. I have a friend with a couple of aircraft hangers and he had this done to one of them because it looked good in the brochure. It was -for about a year- then his mechanics started complaining about how slippery it was working around the aircraft and they noticed that weight, tire pressure, fuel and oil spills, and chemical spills both aggravated the problem and the coating started scaling. He left the other hanger in bare concrete.
