how much would you charge for 1 garage door + frame to be painted
and how much for 30 garage doors and 30 frames plus fascia boards to be painted

doors are metal
frames and fascia boards are wood

What I would I would charge and what you would charge are probably 2 numbers far apart. Take your hourly rate times it by the amount of time it will take add material, add direct expenses, add indirect expenses, add profit, add markup, add state, local, and federal taxes. Its really not complicated as long as you know your numbers and production rates

Yup. Asking for quotes is just too arbitrary and with too many variables.

Are these doors and facia hung or could they be painted in some production like fashion? What kind of primer/ paint?

Just not enough info to even fathom a rough guess. How big are the doors? Garage doors can be 16 feet high or 6 feet high. What type of paint will you be using? One coat or two? An average size garage door in the U.S. can be done by an experienced painter in one or two hours depending on size.
