we have a 3 stall garage we want to convert into our house problem is it has floating slab floor that sweats twice a year.what can we do with the floor?my husband thought about in floor heat im not sure.im paranoid at mold .any suggestions? thanks bambi

Is the garage the same elevation as the house?

It is garage slab flat or does it have a slope for drainage?

we live in illinois, floor is flat its a 3 stall garage we already converted 1 stall we live in but we r going to knock wall out and expand .cheaper than building house but problem is floor sweating at change of seasons
