Is this a commercial job you are undertaking? If so, you certainly should be further along than to be asking for design assistance on an internet chat forum. If this is for yourself, you might want to start by purchasing a book on standard framing technique. Then go talk to the building inspector about local requirements. Or perhaps this post is some sort of bizarre joke?
