what is a listing of the materials needed roughly to re-do a ceiling about 30'x20'? The size of the boards(2x8's or 2x10)? what type of anchors are needed what size bolts if any and should i use toggle bolts? please help me and how do i estimate this job? what is the going rate?

Is this a commercial job you are undertaking? If so, you certainly should be further along than to be asking for design assistance on an internet chat forum. If this is for yourself, you might want to start by purchasing a book on standard framing technique. Then go talk to the building inspector about local requirements. Or perhaps this post is some sort of bizarre joke?
