Have you done this before???? If not call Amana or an appliance service cuz there mebbe 6000 ways to get in, get out safely.

I have a four burner Amana gas range top. One day I loosened a screw for the ignitor wire and the darn thing just vanished into the guts of the range top. My question is: Do I need a certified individual to open 'er up and fish out that wire or is this something I can safely do myself. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
