Hi there!

I have an enclosed patio, hardy plank on three sides and a sliding door into the condo on the other. On the back side of the patio, there is a large gap between the concrete and the hardy plank. Does anyone have advice on the best way to fix this?

Other than unsightly does it cause a problem like with water?

Can you see under there to be sure they didn"t add something for that.
