Start with the make and model of the furnace. Then go the furnace manufacturer site.

Help!!This is my first visit to the chatroom. I have an old electric furnace and a wire to a little round looking relay melted off? The blower goes off also unless I tap this little relay. It comes on about 15 secs after I tap it. How do I find a new one? Is this a time delay relay?

Not a time delay relay, just a defective one. It's an old trick to "tap" on a relay to get it to open/close, but yours is toast.Help!!This is my first visit to the chatroom.
