need to dismantle that fitting where it comes out of the coil and clean the debris out of it. I don't like glued joints like that for that reason. I would convert it to a clear hose and connect that to the drain pipe with hose/gear clamps and put a new fitting on the coil. get a Pro to do it if you don't know how.
