I have a Carrier Weathermaker 8000 TS furnace, installed in 2001. Woke up and it was 63 degrees. I'm getting code 34 then code 14 lockout. My igniter is 4 years old, I ohm'd it out and its good. When thermostat calls for heat, fan kicks on, i can smell gas, but igniter wont glow. I put a multi-meter on the power coming to the igniter, but there is no power going to it when it's time for it to light. What should be my next step in diagnosing the problem?

Thanks in advance for any help!

U should be getting 120 volts to it. If not the circuit board is shot and you need a new one. The board for it nay be a retofit with a bunch of wiring harness adaptors so I would ONLY buy the Carrier OEM one. There are el cheapo Chineez knockoffs etc. Stay away from EE-bay as people sell used ones in clean new boxes etc etc.

Americanhvacparts.com or supplyhouse.com are good.
