Hi,

I had my hvac replaced recently and I was wondering if a 2" pvc is enough ?

the furnace exhaust diameter is 2", my vent run horizontally for 13ft.

Also the vent is really close to the ground outside like 4inches (90 elbow is facing the ground).

Exhaust needs to be above the snow line.
2” is ok to certain lengths. It should state this length in the install manual.

Yes pvc, I dont have the manual. Then I will probably relocate the vent higher

What is the make and model number of the furnace?

Check the manufacturer's specifications and follow them. With a high efficiency furnace what you have is not so much an exhaust line as a condensate line and so the pipe cannot be level to function properly.

The PVC vent pipe size depends on the size of the furnace and the length of the run. This will be detailed in your installation instructions.
