If there is no under pinning around the structure to retain some heat your best option is to heat trace (tape) and insulate the exposed pipes and hope none of them split from expansion.

Ayuh,... It's Probably where it exits the heated area of the trailer, where there's less pitch to keep it movin'...

While it's possible that Salt could help, I'm guessin' gettin' the salt to where it'll help, probably ain't possible...

Gettin' the frozen area to above 32° is the only way I know of...

There should not have any water in the drains line. Could freeze at the p-trap for the shower or tub. Sound like you got a clogged sewer line.

Can you insulate around the base, and use a kerosene jet heater pointed under there? That should work pretty fast, I would think. Just dont burn your place down. Better dirty than homeless. Have you tried boiling water down the traps? OK Boiling Salty Water.

When I lived in NH we had to have solid skirting, all the water lines and drains had heat tape, insulation then pressure treaetd boxing around all the lines.
One winter I saw lines 24" below ground freeze up.

It's pitched but I've often seen them run above ground for some distance before going under ground to the tank.

Get some trash bags and a five gallon bucket, cut the tub drain run it on the ground, wash dishes in the tub. Does it drain at all. Where are you? How would the drain freeze and not the pipes. Must be frozen under ground. If it drains, run the sink and see how long it takes before overflowing.
