How would you go from 3/8" copper tubing to 1/2" Pex, preferably without using compressing fittings.

Can I solder a 3/8" to 1/2" threaded brass fitting on the tubing, then go from 1/2" female copper fitting to 1/2" copper to 1/2" Pex via a sharkbite valve?

Does that seem like the best / only way? There doesn't seem to be many 3/8" copper fittings, probably because it's ****ty.

Theres actually 3 lines that I'm keeping - 2 are the hot and cold water in the kitchen sink, one is the main water line from the pump.
