The outside unit just stopped running no tripped breakers good voltage to relay but no voltage between C and R terminals on board. But I can manualy engage the relay and it will start running.

sorry the defrost board on the condenser.I got on it today and did some troubleshooting and found that it was the breakers feeding into the air handler.Had power on the buss but only 120v to ground on each leg wasn't getting 240 across the 2 coming out of the breaker.New breakers and all good now.thanks
