So I went to change the filter on my Bosch side by side fridge and now the water trickles out when I depress
The button calling for water. I may have made a few errors. I did not shut the water off prior to changing. And I also took the original filter off and then three days later put the new one on. Same brand and type. Now water is slow. It spurted out a couple times. I untwist the filter and there seems to be a lot of pressure behind it because air and water come shooting out for a second.

I suspect you sent some debris into the tubing feeding the door filler.

Call Bosch customer help line--their tech people should be able to help.
