We have a refrigerator that might be tripping its electrical breaker in the morning. It is odd, since the morning is colder, but that's when it seems to be happening. At any rate we need to figure out for sure what is going on.
Should we call an electrician or a appliance repair person?

I've pulled the fridge away from the wall. I may try to clean the coils as well.

Is the refrigerator on a gfi or regular circuit ? Is this a new issue or ongoing ?

Plug the fridge into a different circuit use #14 or #12 gauge extension cord if it is too far away. If the new circuit trips then the problem is likely the fridge.

It is a new issue, has tripped twice so far. It is plugged into a normal socket.

The extension cord sounds like a good idea. Thanks
