Hello all,

I am looking to collect as much free/cheap rebond padding as possible for a project. I don't care what quality, size or kind it is, as long as it doesn't have animal urine or other bad smells...

I know that carpet companies often get paid a little bit for recycling their unused bits after an install, and even the old stuff they rip out beforehand... does anyone know how much I'd have to offer a company per square foot to either match or beat what they get in compensation for recycled rebond padding? Or are there places where I could drag off a bunch for free?

Also, are there any other cheap sources for similar material, either foam or fiberglass or whatever?
