Four Seasons solarium leaking

I have contacted four seasons many times with no response. I have to talked to others who can't help with my leaks. I would love to see inside a beam right on the tray. If I am not mistaken the weeping system follows a channel on both sides of the beam which dumps into the tray or does it continue past the tray to the outside??

The small wall that holds the tray (eight on the front) became rotten and the water now flows in the wall or on the floor. If I block the channel at the tray and caulk the seams will all the water flow into the tray??
