That kind of slope is usually what we see shortly after the house was build after 60 years it will not settle any more. Just pour a new slab with a better slope.
Thanks Nealtw , so removed the old slab and pour a fresh one? The slab isn't 60yrs by the way , although I cant say how old it is, just poured terribly I think or as mentioned has dropped a wee bit , I bought the house in 2005 and was there when I bought it.

Yeah, especially if your thinking of moving those stairs back to the way they were.
Thanks Canary, yeh I'm still uncertain if I'm going to move the steps to where they were originally I'm assuming years ago, but if I decide to then for sure the slab will be removed and not replaced
