Hi all,
I just purchased my first home. Just got the keys last week. Obviously I have posted a lot of questions in anticipation to my purchase. I am a very frequent user of this site. There is so much information and help you can find here. At this point I am fighting the urge to fix and buy everything I can imagine for the house. I do not have a lot of extra money for repairs or upgrades. Everything will be done slowly with time and much better if I can get it done my self with the help of this forum. I have already learned a lot from many of the users here who have helped me with my questions. I anticipate a lot more questions in the near future. I currently tackling everything I can do myself. There is plenty of things to keep me busy on the weekends for a while. Please if you see any of my post or questions... help me!
