I can't attach a picture to this post, but we live in a double-wide mobile home on a permanent foundation. The insulation has fallen down in several places where the floor duct work is located, exposing the uninsulated ducting to the crawlspace.
My wife and I had a new heat pump installed in June 2014, and the ductwork drips condensation during the summer, even where insulation is still on the joists.
How can I fix this? I had one so-called professional come out (not same one who installed heat pump) and he actually suggested wrapping plastic sheeting around the ducting and spraying canned foam insulation into the sheeting.
