I'm getting my attic ready for some blown in cellulose (R-38) as I'm in Houston, TX. I have one flex duct that is suspended by web straps. All the rest of my duct work is rigid. Should I cut the webbing and lay the flex duct down and try to cover with cellulose? Thanks.

You can if you want to, but I don't see any big advantage.
Pretty sure they won't get cold enough to be an issue.
If you were here where I live, then yes, indeed.
