How do I fix this leak? It's a 3/4 inch tube and punctured. Should I able to find a tube that is larger than this to insert a 3/4 inch tube in between? Please see the yellow tap that I currently have.

If it's a puncture a sheet metal screw will usually seal. I've run a lot of tires by sealing with a screw. If it is other than a puncture it probably won't seal.

If it is a puncture hole they make a plug to seal the hole just push it in.

Thank you for the response. This is the irrigation tube, I am not sure how sheet metal screw can fix this leak.

I had my doubts about a screw being screwed into a nail punctured car tire stopping a leak and staying there at 70 MPH but it does. Just be certain the screw is a length that won't puncture the opposite side, but it also doesn't need to be screwed in until the head touches the tubing's opposite side. The head isn't what seals.
