I need something that’s semi-flexible as it has to navigate around that pole. It looks like online all the compression couplings are short. Do I use 2 with a pipe in the middle?

Also anyone know what type of irrigation wire/power that wire is and how best to go about fixing that?

Usually they are 18 gauge wire, 24 volt. They sell the proper underground splice kits at any big box store. Do not try to twist them together and use just electrician tape, it won't work. You can google up some utube videos showing how to do this as well.

In regards to the pvc pipe issue; maybe three 45 degree couplings would work. one on each end and one in the middle and of course some pvc pipe. kind of like making a triangle to navigate around the post. Just a suggestion, don't know for sure if it would work as I'm looking at pictures. Also available at any big box store.

Looks like quite a project tb, hope you get it figured out and fixed soon.

Imo, if possible, that irrigation cable should be replaced with a new run. It looks too ripped up to do anything with. Don't think you will have the slack you need. Just my opinion.

Wait I thought that I could splice it with new wire? Why do I need to worry about what’s currently there?
