My wife and I just bought our first house in Derry, NH out a forclosure sale. Built in '91 it is 1500 sq. ft colonial with attached two car garage. But being 18 years old and under forclosure it was not well maintained:furious:. I will need the groups help to make this forgoten home into a beutiful home for my wife and new son.:thumbup:
