Hi My name is Bob, I have no formal experience, but I've done from foundation to rooftop home renovations over the years. For the past 7 years I've been renting 
and now I've bought another home. I bought the least expensive one in the best neighborhood I could afford. So, needless to say, I'll be doing a lot of improvements. The house has good bones, but it still has the shag carpet :thumbup: in it from when it was built. My Wife and I have got big plans for it and I'm really glad to see there is a forum. It's good to be here and I'm looking forward to chatting with ya!
